The South Carolina Medical Association strongly believes that involvement in your local county medical society is ever-important in the development of organized medicine. We encourage all physicians to be involved locally, statewide, and nationally in organized medicine as well as their specialty organization.

Greenville County Medical Society

The Greenville County Medical Society was chartered in 1891 and has been an active part of Greenville County’s healthcare community for more than 120 consecutive years.

Spartanburg County Medical Society

The Florence County Medical Society was founded to work with the SCMA to protect the health interests of the Florence community.
