2020 SCMA Annual Meeting - Canceled
The SCMA has been aggressively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic, at this time, we feel that we cannot risk the safety of our physicians, staff, and exhibitors and have decided to cancel the 2020 Annual Meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 30 - Sunday, May 3, 2020.
Members who have paid the registration fee will be reimbursed. Due to the volume, limited staff and third party vendors, reimbursements may take one to two weeks. The Hyatt Regency will conduct a blanket cancellation so all reservations in the SCMA room block will be canceled. If you would still like to contact the Hyatt Regency to confirm that it has been canceled, please wait until next week to ensure that the cancellations have been processed. You may then call 864-235-1234 to confirm.
We will be updating you with additional information on other aspects of the meeting as it becomes available. We greatly appreciate your patience during these challenging times.
The most important thing at this time is to continue to exercise social distancing and to take care of those we love. Stay safe and know that the SCMA is here for you and your families.
